The balance between body and mind, a source of well-being, is sometimes put to the test by the work of fashion models. This profession involves periods of very intensive activity in demanding and changing work environments.
While in theory everyone can control the way they act, it’s helpful to adopt a few simple daily practices and basic rules that, if followed regularly, play a fundamental role in being and remaining in top physical and mental form.
